Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on raghukula.tv, operated by Raghukula Productions LLP. We follow the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Founding-member (early-access) purchases

Raghukula is in early access and the catalogue is being released progressively. The Lifetime Founder Pass is an early-access founding purchase: it grants lifetime membership, with titles becoming available as they are released.

• Until our first titles are live on the platform, Founder purchases are fully refundable at any time on request — email support@raghukula.tv with your order number.
• In addition, every purchase may be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of payment, no questions asked, provided the plan's streaming benefits have not been substantially used.

2. Subscriptions (when monthly/annual plans launch)

• Cancelling stops the next billing cycle; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• The 7-day full-refund window above applies to the first purchase of any plan.

3. Duplicate or erroneous charges

Duplicate payments, failed-but-charged transactions, or amounts charged in error are refunded in full once verified with the payment gateway.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. To request a refund or cancellation, email support@raghukula.tv from your registered email with your order number.
